These lovely kitties came to me early March. In late February they were trapped in a house where Bi-law officers were called in as the house was in great disrepair. After speaking to the owner of the house we discovered that the tenants left about 2 years ago leaving everything including the cats behind. There were 500-600 open cans of cat food in the house. Why the landlord didn't call animals services but instead chose to feed the cats I do not understand. But I'm thankful they were fed.
Arghtoo is a female Tuxedo and Areknot is a black male and both are about 2 years old. As I am their first human they came in quite scared. They are slowly getting more comfortable in their new bathroom home. They now hiss when I enter their domain. But they are also coming out from hiding if I spend any amount of time with them as long as I have treats.
