If you want your critters adopted you need to take photos. Lots of photos. Cute photos. Something special. If you've never been involved in an animal photo-shoot, or where they don't want the treats and bribes you provide, or where they are so full of energy they never stop moving then you have never had moments like below.
I had a very fancy set up of a box with no top and a hole for the camera inside. Set in the only cat proof area in the house, the bathroom. Extra lamp for light with the box on the sink. The cage of the to be photographed by the tub and a cage for the photographed on the floor by the sink and me crouched while sitting on the toilet for 5 hours. Who says photo-shoots aren't glamorous.
