We've made some great strides with Greymann and Scooty-Pup. Greymann still runs in the most unusual manner, leaping and twisting backwards, when I approach, but once I'm settled or if I am filling the food dish I am the most interesting and least scary person in the room. Until I move away from the food dish. Then I'm terrifying again. But once I'm in bed Greymann it all about the cuddles. Initiating scratches and cuddles even without treats. I'm even getting the occasional nose bump. I am so proud of him.
Scooty-Pup is still a jerk. He's a little less of a Jerk but he is still one. He likes to tap my head twice when I am filling the food dish, usually the claws are in. And of course he must hiss at me when I enter the room, or get close to him. He gets Hangry, very Hangry. But when the treats come out he will come hang out with us on the bed, and occasionally will even let me touch him. Very occasionally.
However, due to mostly good behavior and the fact that they greet me at the door of the bedroom when I get home they now have supervised privileges in the rest of the house. They are loving it. Everyone is getting along-ish. Kanta won't leave the chair still but I think is enjoying the reprieve from the boys as she comes part way from under the chair when it's dinner time.
